What you’ll do
- Support infrastructure for internal CRM and marketing tools.
- Manage cloud infrastructure with an IaC approach (Terraform).
- Oversee container clusters (Kubernetes, ECS).
- Configure monitoring tools and identify performance issues.
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Navigate the challenges of working in a high security, high stakes environment: we work with some of the most sensitive data you can imagine and provide a critical service to our business function.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with cloud-hosted web applications, ideally in startups
- Expertise with AWS and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes + Helm, ECS)
- Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
- Database experience (MySQL, Aurora)
- Knowledge of web servers (Nginx) and caching systems (Redis, Memcache)
- Strong skills with Git and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions/GitLab/Bitbucket)
- Troubleshooting experience with logging/monitoring tools
- Versatile technology skills, from networking to database configuration
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve
- Focus on security and automation with IaC
- Interest in new technologies and innovations
- English proficiency at B2 or higher (part of the team are native speakers)
